The 305 Sound Story
DJ's Jose & Lester Sandoval started 305 Sound in Miami in 1990 with a shared love of music and a commitment to keeping every dance floor packed. More than three decades later, that same passion drives every event they perform.
Growing up in Miami-Dade County, Jose and Lester were shaped by the city's rich musical culture — the Latin rhythms, the freestyle era, the emergence of hip-hop, house and electronic music. They didn't just listen to it. They learned how to blend it, how to read a crowd, and how to make any dance floor come alive.
Today 305 Sound serves weddings, corporate events, private celebrations and more across all of South Florida. Every single event is performed personally by Jose and Lester — no substitutes, no subcontractors. When you book 305 Sound, you get 305 Sound.
